Shilpi Khetarpal, MD
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Khetarpal completed her dermatology residency in 2014 and then went on to complete an ASDS fellowship in cosmetic and laser surgery. She has been in practice at Cleveland Clinic Foundation as their cosmetic dermatologist since 2016.
She started doing PRP for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation in 2016, since then she has done over 1,000 hair PRP cases and several hundred facial treatments.
Dr. Khetarpal has co authored numerous manuscripts on PRP for hair rejuvenation in peer reviewed journals and spoken at national conferences regarding the use of PRP.
Larry Helwig, RN

Larry graduated from Arizona State University with his BSN and after a few years working in ICU and Neurosurgery, went on to specialize as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner.
For the last 25 years he has specialized in all phases of non-surgical aesthetics and has developed the most advanced methods for treating and training in the country.
For many years Larry has taught his advanced consultation techniques to thousands of physicians, nurses and staff to elevate their close rate, dollar amount and overall patient success.
Due to all his lectures and training he receives hundreds of emails, text messages and calls per week which has led to creating the podcasts named “What Would Larry Do” to help answer everyday questions.
With all this going on he still serves as an expert witness in many lawsuits where his knowledge and years of experience helps defend the defendant.
