Cellenis® Exo-ME™ is an autologous biologic preparation made from the patient’s own blood. It concentrates extracellular vesicles (EVs) and bioactive proteins for provider-directed skin-quality, scalp, and hair-focused protocols.
Product materials describe support for the appearance of skin hydration, texture, tone, radiance, elasticity, and overall skin quality, as well as scalp and hair-quality protocols. Individual responses vary.
Exo-ME™ offers clinically meaningful advantages across skin, hair, and scalp indications. It acts as a regenerative skin booster that promotes healthier, glowing skin and can help improve the appearance of acne, rosacea, and other dermatological conditions. It also improves the appearance of pigmentation and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and enhances the appearance of thicker, fuller hair. Results may last up to one year following the two-treatment protocol.
Exo-ME™ is differentiated by its ultra-high concentration of extracellular vesicles, advanced dual purification, and mechanical activation technology designed to support a pro-regenerative biologic profile. Its autologous source contains no foreign biologics, helping maintain the preparation’s biochemical complexity while minimizing the risk of rejection.
Exo-ME™ is designed to concentrate extracellular vesicles and bioactive proteins, while conventional PRP protocols focus on platelet-containing plasma.
Two to three sessions are recommended, spaced approximately two weeks apart, with maintenance commonly evaluated every six to ten months.
The initial course consists of 2–3 treatments spaced two weeks apart, with a new blood draw for each session. The first treatment initiates cellular signaling, while the second amplifies and optimizes it. Maintenance is typically every 6–10 months.
