The NOUVADerm™ 1927nm Thulium laser harnesses the body's natural hydration by specifically targeting water within the epidermal and superficial dermal layers. It delivers precise energy in a grid-like pattern, creating fractional microthermal zones (MTZ) that address specific skin concerns while preserving surrounding tissue to promote faster healing. The controlled micro-damage stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin, leading to improved skin tone and texture.
