ERIK DOWELL
Erik saw an opportunity to create a new kind of aesthetics service company and was inspired to launch Aesthetic Management Partners (AMP). Prior to AMP, Mr. Dowell served as CEO of North America for Inmode Aesthetic Solutions.
Previously, Mr. Dowell served as President of the Americas for Syneron Candela, Vice President for Europe and the Middle East, Vice President for North America, and several leadership positions in his 14-year contribution to Syneron. Erik began his career more than 23 years ago with the Coherent/Lumenis laser company developing the West Coast market during the industry's infancy.
Mr. Dowell had the honor of attending the University of Chicago Executive Education Program and the Harvard Business School. Additionally, he holds a B.A. in Business Management.

ADRIAN BISHOP
Prior to founding Aesthetic Management Partners. with partner Erik Dowell, Mr. Bishop served as Vice President in the East Region for InMode Aesthetic Solutions.
Mr. Bishop served as Director of Sales for Syneron Candela and was the Top Producing Sales Director for 2015 and 2016. Mr. Bishop also served as a Senior Territory Manager with Solta Medical and Syneron earning the distinguished President’s Club award seven times.
Mr. Bishop co-founded Aesthetic Management Partners. to pursue his passion for developing and mentoring aspiring sales professionals. One of his passions is helping to deploy disruptive technology and new brands in the marketplace.

MIKE MCDONALD
Prior to joining Aesthetic Management Partners, Mike McDonald served as CFO/COO for Thermi Aesthetics. He was able to take the company from start-up to $48M in revenue within 3 years. In addition, Mr. McDonald led the sale of the business for 3 times the revenue at $85.0 million. He also served on several boards helping steer companies to grow shareholder value.
Mr. McDonald has a comprehensive career of solving problems and delivering results as a Retail Finance, BPO, and Supply Chain Executive. He also has strong operations experience in setting direction and adapting professional teams to market challenges. Throughout his career, Mr. McDonald has had a natural talent for the conceptual grasp of the total picture, he is able to sense problems and take advantage of unique opportunities. Mr. McDonald has served as a CXX leader for the past 25 years.
